PAYMENT
We accept Credit Card, Paypal, Western Union, Money Gram and Wiretransfer payments. Below is a list of common billing questions.
What credit cards do you accept?
We need to receive payment from Credit Card via Paypal. Paypal supports a large number of credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and JCB.Debit Cards with Visa, MasterCard or American Express logo are supported just like credit cards.
Card types that are currently not compatible with Paypal Merchant Services are:
Procurement and private label credit cards (such as a department store credit card).
Debit cards requiring a numeric password and pin-pad for entry. If you choose credit card payment, our accounting will send you an invoice from paypal to your email. You only need to do is follow the instruction of paypal email to pay by your credit card.
Can I order if I don't have a iiiC account?
Yes, you can send me your order and we will make a proforma invoice for you to proceed the order.
What currencies and payment methods do you require for international orders?
We accept U.S.Dollar, British Pound, Euro and Hongkong Dollar. We accept Credit Card, Paypal, Western Union, Money Gram and Wiretransfer payments of international orders. You can use your iiiC Account to order anything you need.
How long can you hold the product for me if I place the order but hasn't send payment?
Stock will be reserved for 72 hours. Payment must be received within 7 business days or your order will be canceled. Thank you.
I only can pay by wire transfer. How can I?
Please click here to get iiiC company bank details: Bank details (pdf 81KB). Customers need to afford 25.00USD for oversea bank fees. To expedite the processing of your order, once you have completed your wire transfer, please email us at: katie@iiic.cc with customer's name, name of the bank, your purchase order name (if applicable), and the amount of the wire transfer.

SHIPPING
We offer a variety if shipping methods of your order. Once your order is delivered, we will notify you via email and update it on Paypal so you can know where your order is. Here below are some common questions about shipping.
What is my order delivery time?
Products in Stock are available from our Hongkong, Shenzhen, Shanghai Warehouses and Factories.

What is your standard delivery?
We support DHL and UPS delivery.
  • DHL shipment: 2-5days
  • UPS SAVER shipment: 2-3days
  • UPS EXPEDIETED shipment: 5-7days
I have my own shipping account, can I use it?
Yes, of course. You can provide us your DHL/UPS/TNT/FEDEX/... ACCOUNT when you place the order on line. If you send payment by Paypal, we will refund your freight after using your shipping account for order delivery. If you send payment by Wiretransfer or Western Union, we will make a New Proforma Invoice without freight for you.
I need my items very urgent! Could you ship my order overnight?
If the products in Shenzhen stock, You can provide your own shipping account for shipping your order overnight. If send by our DHL/UPS account, need more extra freight. Please send email for inquiry extra freight.
What is my choice for backorder refernce?
For backorder preferences, you may choose from the following:
Backorder Allowed - We'll ship In-Stock items immediately and place any Out-of-Stock items on backorder. Backordered items will be shipped as they become available. Therefore, your order may arrive in single or multiple shipments.
Ship Order Complete - If any items in your order are out of stock, we'll hold your order until all items become available. Your order will arrive in one shipment.
Order Cancel- If items in your order are out of stock, after our confirmation, you can ask for cancel the order.
Where can you ship the parcels?
So far we support International orders, We deliver parcels to worldwide by UPS/DHL.
How do you determin shipping and handling charge?
Shipping charge is depend on parcel weight, carrier method and distance. The total cost is only can be determined at the time of shipment. Cutomers don't need extra handling charge, Free for all customers. But customers need to pay tariff if it is generate in their local custom.
How do I change my account's special handling instructions?
You'll need assistance from a service representative to change your account's special handling instructions. Send email to account@iiic.cc to start an online chat with a service representative immediately.

RETURN POLICY
We stand behind our products at iiiC Company, We deliver only warrantied and traceable new & original sealed goods. Non-quality problems do not accept return & refund, but will gladly accept merchandise returns if goods defective.
For return and refund please subject to the guidelines below:
Please contact a Customer Service representative to obtain an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number prior to returning a Product(s).
For all returns not relating to manufacturers' warranties, returns must be made within 30 days of date of invoice, be accompanied by the original invoice number, include a brief explanation of the reason for the return, and be in the original packaging.
Return freight charge can be paid by iiiC. Please require UPS account from iiiC for return product(s).
To the extent that iiiC purchases a Product from a manufacturer specifically for you, such Products may be Non-Cancelable/Non-Returnable.
By returning any product to iiiC, you represent and warrant that the returned product was purchased from iiiC, is not counterfeit or otherwise non-conforming. You also agree that iiiC may test any returned product to determine whether such product is counterfeit, non-conforming, or otherwise violates these Conditions of Order. In the event iiiC determines, in its sole discretion, that any returned product is counterfeit, non-conforming, or otherwise violates these Conditions of Order, iiiC may (i) report such problem to any applicable governmental or regulatory agency or any other applicable third party; (ii) quarantine such product for further testing or other analysis; and/or (iii) take such other actions as may be required or permitted under applicable law.

REFUND POLICY
All refund will be made after receiving return product(s) within 7 working days. The refund method is depend on the payment of customer made. If customer pay by Credit Card (via Paypal) and Paypal, iiiC will refund by Paypal. Customer can receive refund in Credit Card or Paypal. If customer pay by Wiretransfer, iiiC will send Wiretransfer to customer's bank. iiiC pay bank charges.
